Licensure Requirements: candidates must hold at least one of the following:

Case Managers provide support, coordination, and advocacy for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. The goal is to help clients access and sustain appropriate treatment and support services, promoting long-term recovery and overall well-being. 

Responsibilities include: developing individualized care and recovery plans, referring clients to appropriate SUD treatment services, scheduling appointments, assisting with access to housing, employment, education, and more.

Scope and Job Purpose 

Case Manager involves providing support, coordination, and advocacy for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. The goal is to help clients access and sustain appropriate treatment and support services, promoting long-term recovery and overall well-being. 

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Certification as a Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher licensure required.
